Spicy Pan-Seared Snapper
Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme or Italian spice blend
- 1/4 teaspoon salt & pepper (each)
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 snapper fillets or other white fish (your preference)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small lemon, juiced
Preparation
Time: 5 mins | 15 mins
- In a small bowl, combine paprika, thyme, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Pat mixture evenly onto patted-dry fillets.
- Add oil and butter to large skillet over medium-high heat
- Sauté fish on both sides until crisp and golden, about 8 minutes
- Garnish with lemon juice
